Jeff’s career in sales started when he was a kid in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and he needed to make money to help his family. Jeff sold fresh juice door-to-door. Jeff’s early signs of a passionate work ethic continued to grow as he did, moving from juice sales to furniture sales to brokering. Along the way, Jeff has successfully launched several companies, including one that specialized in medical devices.
SIMIX traces its roots back to 1997, when Jeff was in Budapest and learned about the old silica-based paint used on buildings there. The paint lasts for more than a hundred years. That led him to wonder whether there was a way to create a silicate-based coating that could cure at ambient (room) temperature.
This curiosity led him to form another company in late 1998 with the former head of coating research at NASA; that scientist had directed the team that created the coatings for the Space Shuttle. Six years later, after failing to achieve his goal, he left that company and teamed up with a scientist from Sweden. Together, they developed a potassium silicate-based formulation with nano particles of titanium dioxide that forces visible and microscopic water out as it cures, creating the world’s first-ever silicate-based coating to fully cure at ambient temperatures without the need for baking.
Jeff lives in Kenosha, Wisconsin, with his wife. He has three adult children and is blessed with many grandchildren.

Patrick’s history in the floor and grocery business goes back to his childhood and young adult years when he worked at the family business, Sendik’s Food Markets in Milwaukee. He’s owned two cleaning companies — Sun Cleaning Systems and Al’s Window Cleaning — so he knows the cleaning business intimately. He also knows how to make cleaning profitable — Patrick grew Sun’s sales from $300,000 to $3 million annually, and doubled Al’s sales in less than two years.
Patrick has also worked in ad sales for the Milwaukee Business Journal and Milwaukee Small Business Times, and worked with Hyatt Hotels group management training program.
Patrick maximized his territory as a medical supply rep for Henry Schein before joining SIMIX full-time in 2017. Patrick was an early investor in SIMIX and is now working to expand the company’s reach in the United States.
Patrick has a degree in business and finance from Marquette University in Milwaukee. He lives in Hartland, Wisconsin, and is married with four children. He loves golf, cooking and running.
