This hard tile and grout restroom is inside a busy Menard's store in Wisconsin. It's used by hundreds of contractors every day.
Before Simix, it was impossible to keep clean and the smell was overwhelming. Now, the maintenance crew says it's easy to clean and smells much better.
All we did was clean the floors with Simix Multi-Surface Cleaner / Degreaser / Sanitizer and apply four coats of Simix High Shine Ceramic Floor Coating. No steam cleaning was required.
